We usually associate fashion with the sophisticated, often expensive haute couture pieces that celebrity designers unveil every year in Paris or Milan. But clothes are first of all a response to very common human needs, such as staying warm or blending in.

This is the premise of The Global Wardrobe, an editorial workshop in which we encourage participants to explore how to research, narrate and edit in a publication interesting content around fashion and style.

The first edition of the workshop was held at Istituto Marangoni, in London, with a dozen fashion students in attendance.
